Intense pulse light therapy renews the appearance and texture of the skin, fades brown spots, reduces the appearance of freckles, and improves skin tone. No downtime is required, but affected areas should be kept out of direct sunlight for 7 days after treatment. Three treatments are recommended for the best results, and the treatments are not recommended for those with warmer skin tones or recently tanned skin.
