GENERAL QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes there is. All memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel anytime, but you must give 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months for medical reasons, including pregnancy. A doctor's note may be required.
BILLING & CANCELLATION
When will I be charged?
Your card on file will be automatically charged once per month, on the same date you enrolled.
What happens if I cancel before 6 months?
Early cancellations will result in either a $150 cancellation fee or repayment of any redeemed perk at full price, or whichever is greater.
PERKS & REDEMPTION
Do the perks roll over if I don't use them each month?
No. Perks do not roll over, so we encourage you to make the most of your membership each month.
What is included in the birthday Tox treatment?
Each member receives one complimentary area of Tox during their birthday month (up to 125 units of Dysport, 50 units of Botox, or 50 units of Xeomin).
How do the microneedling and laser perks work?
What if I purchase a discounted package and cancel my membership?
If you cancel before completing a prepaid package purchased at member pricing, the remaining sessions will be billed at regular pricing, or we may require repayment of the discount before continued use.

Can I transfer my membership or perks to someone else?
No. Memberships and all included benefits are non-transferable.
Will I be reminded when my 6-month term ends?
You'll receive reminders and the option to renew or cancel once your minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
